This 14-Day Reset Challenge is gluten-free and plant-forward. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to show up. (I’ll bring the loaf energy.) 🥖✨

  • Recipes + meal guidance (gluten-free, wholesome, plant-based options)

  • A daily prompt (so you can check in and stay accountable)

Do I need to be vegan?
Nope. This is plant-forward. I’ll guide you toward wholesome plant-based choices, but you can start where you are.

Do I need to be 100% gluten-free?
This challenge is designed to be gluten-free. If you’re experimenting, I’ll help you keep it simple.

Will I see all 14 days right away?
No. You’ll receive access one day at a time so it stays focused and not overwhelming.

Is this safe for celiac disease?
I can’t promise certified gluten-free conditions. My mixes are designed for gluten-sensitive folks and those choosing a gluten-free lifestyle. If you have celiac disease or severe allergies, please consult your medical professional and use your best judgment.

Do I need a special kitchen setup?
No. If you can stir, you can do this. If you can stir while sipping coffee, you’re basically overqualified.
