If Something Isn’t Right, I’ll Make It Right

Because our flour mixtures are food products, we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened. But if anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to your expectations, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Just email me at support@ohmyloaf.com with your order number and a photo if possible.

I’ll happily replace the item, issue a store credit, or offer a refund — whatever feels best and fairest.

Unopened Mixes

Unopened bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Because we’re still a tiny, growing father-and-son business (launching from a humble shared kitchen), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was ours. Once we receive the product in good condition, we’ll send your refund or credit right away.

Subscriptions

For subscriptions, you can pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded — but if there’s an issue with the product itself, I’ll absolutely make it right.

Farmers Market Purchases

All farmers market sales are final. If there’s ever a problem with a loaf or mix you picked up in person, just talk to me at the next market — I’m usually there with flour on my shirt, a smile, and a story. I always stand behind what I bake.
