The Bread Struggle Is Real. We’ve Been There.
If you’ve ever held your breath slicing into a gluten-free loaf, hoping this one won’t crumble, disappoint, or taste like sawdust… we see you. We were you.
After 30+ years as a chef—and a lifetime surrounded by people navigating gluten-free living—I was tired of the letdowns. Gluten-free bread always seemed to come with a tradeoff: taste, texture, nutrition... or all three. So my son (a fellow chef and nutritionist) and I got to work.
We weren’t looking to make just another bread mix. We set out to redefine what gluten-free bread could be.
The Oh My Loaf Difference

Our flour mixes are made from wholesome, organic ingredients—sorghum, millet, buckwheat, seeds, and more. Everything is plant-based, gluten-free, and free from weird fillers or preservatives.

Just pour the mix into a bowl, add water, stir it up, rest and bake. That’s it.
