All of our Oh My Loaf flour mixtures are made with naturally gluten-free ingredients. I carefully source high-quality, mostly organic grains and seeds, and every blend is crafted with your health and joy in mind.

However, at this time our products are not yet certified gluten-free.
Our flour mixes are produced in a shared kitchen environment, which means that gluten-containing ingredients may be present in the facility. While I take every reasonable precaution to minimize cross-contact—cleaning equipment, preparing batches separately, and practicing safe handling—I cannot guarantee that accidental exposure will never occur.

If you have celiac disease, a diagnosed gluten allergy, or a severe sensitivity, please use your best judgment before enjoying our mixes. Your safety always comes first, and I’ll be the first to cheer you on—whether you bake with us now or join us later when certification is complete.

As Oh My Loaf grows, one of my biggest goals (right up there with baking the perfect golden crust!) is to move into a dedicated gluten-free production space so we can offer official certification.
