When I first started baking gluten-free loaves in my tiny New York kitchen, I had no idea how many failed experiments it would take before a loaf finally rose tall enough for my son Ben to look at me and say, “Dad… you’ve GOT to share this.”
Well — here we are. And now you’re here too, which means the club just got a whole lot better.

Before you roll up your sleeves, take a deep breath and settle in. You’re officially part of a community that believes healthy, wholesome, plant-based, gluten-free baking shouldn’t feel intimidating… it should feel fun, simple, and delicious. And yes, maybe even a little life-changing.

I built this club with one purpose: to make your kitchen a place where you can bake with confidence, joy, and zero fear of crumbly, cardboard-style bread ever again.
