Are your flour mixes actually gluten-free?
Yes — every mix is made only with naturally gluten-free organic grains like sorghum, millet, buckwheat, oats, and seeds.
Right now, we are producing in a shared facility, and I handle every batch with the same level of care I’ve used for years in my own kitchen. While we are not yet certified gluten-free, we follow strict cleaning and handling practices to minimize cross-contact. Certification is absolutely part of our growth plan as we move into a dedicated space. Please read our disclaimer for more information.
Do I need any special tools?
Just a bowl, a spatula, a baking pan (8x4 or Pullman style), and an oven.
How do I make the bread?
I built Oh My Loaf on a simple promise: Pour, Mix, Bake.
Each bag comes with foolproof instructions — and yes, even if you’ve never baked a loaf in your life, you can absolutely pull this off.
When will my order ship?
To keep life sane (mostly mine!), all subscriptions and orders ship on Mondays.
If you order on a Friday, for example, your mix goes out the following Monday.
Every month after that, your subscription renews and ships on the Monday closest to your renewal date.
What comes in my subscription?
Each monthly delivery includes:
- The flour mixes you selected
- A welcome card
- Early access to new OML Club content. This is a work-in-progress. The first baking class will be anounced via email. Be sure to subscribe to our email newsletter.

Do Founding Members get a discount?
Yes — you’ll receive a lifetime 10% discount on all Oh My Loaf products.

When I first dreamed up Oh My Loaf, I always imagined building it together with a small group of people who believed in great gluten-free bread as much as I do.
